Most of the people I met were very happy to be there and grateful for what was offered. I think my most negative moment came when I went to the head of the lunch line to get a tray for a disabled client (wheelchair and blind). The volunteer who was serving the food chewed me out for 'jumping" the line. Well, duh....we were told that disabled clients didn't have to wait, and since I was getting the lunch for the disabled client...well, you do the math.
Other than dealing with that fellow who had his panties in a twist, the whole thing was a great day. I Definitely recommend Turning Point
