The Elliott Advocacy were very helpful in helping me resolve an an on-going issue of several months with an online Travel Agency based in Los Vegas, NV. Said Travel Agency had promised me a full no-penalty refund of +$2000 USD for airline tickets that were never issued. Repeated emails and phone calls to this Agency over the course of three months, only resulted in being told that the refund would be issued within the next few days, which of course it never was. Fearing a scam, I learned of the Elliott Advocacy online, from another consumer who had had the same issued with the same Travel Agency and was successful in obtaining a refund with the help of E.A.
