marr , wow .......... a lifesaver and more important , a life changer ...
they didn't just give me a rest from my addictions and consequences .
they gave me direction and motivation to change. drugs and alcohol weren't my big problem , i was.. the substances were me just medicating the pain i caused by my selfishness , confusion , fear and shame . it has been 15 years since i first walked in there and i still remember and use the tools and advice i was given there. i attend quite a few of their functions and keep my connection alive by trying to be of service to others coming thru there. i cant say enough about the way they get right to the problem and help folks deal with it. my first interview there i was told that Grace is getting what i don't deserve , and Mercy is not getting what i do deserve.. and it so set me free of all the spiritual confusion i suffered , made it real simple and applicable on a daily basis for me.
