Our son is the survivor of a rare childhood cancer. After his treatments were finished, I had a ever-increasing desire to volunteer for an organization that helped kids with cancer along with their families. There is no doubt that our son is alive today because of a research trial just like the ones that Rally funds. This was the driving force for me to get involved with Rally. The fact that 93 cents of every dollar goes to their mission was the other deciding factor convincing me to roll up my sleeves and get involved, starting in 2010, and never ceasing since then. The Rally staff has become more like family to me - they are real, encouraging and loving, earnest in their desire to help kids with cancer have better cures with fewer side effects. I will Rally On with them and the families affected by this disease until I "earn my angel wings"! It is such an honor to give my time, efforts and money to such a top organization. I am grateful for Rally and for every child and family who has touched our families' lives since the minute I signed up our son as a Rally Kid!
