While a "patient" in a skilled nursing facility in Grants Pass OR I was overcharged about $1000 on a required prescription. I tried every imaginable way to get the overcharge refunded for over a year. Then I noticed Elliot Advocacy on line and dropped them a note. Within a matter of days I got my refund and then some.
