I started volunteering with Charleston Animal Society over 10 years ago when I traveled to CHS on vacations. When we moved here in 2016, I began weekly volunteer visits photographing adoptables and my support has included other activities such as donating, advocacy, fundraising and even adopting! The staff at CAS members are spectacularly committed and the shelter is by far the most progressive in the area. It is a pleasure to support them and to feel I am a small part of their lifesaving mission. I will continue to work with them as long as they'll have me and would encourage everyone to find a way to support them somehow!
