1/2 star. Heifer lately has become a collection "agency" if you will. I discontinued giving because I was out of work for a while. Received a call from them asking for December donation. I said that I must had given to some ministries and other org for the holiday besides Heifer The male caller asked me again for donation and how much im going to give. Then, he's going to send out a mail for the pledge amount. I wonder if this company has CEO. The person on the other line was persistent with short attention span, very focus on collecting money.
