Our family recently decided to get another lab. We got our first lab through a rescue and we dicided to go through the same route. In researching WCLRR I found everything about them to be professional and legitimate. The whole process was smooth and WCLRR's volunteer staff were very clear about expectations and wait time. They were honest and forthcoming.

We got our call to meet a 5-year old chocolate lab named "Bailey". Our family was so excited and Bailey's fosters were amazing. They took the time to speak with us before our meet day. So many of our questions were answered and they sent us more pictures of her.

We visited Bailey on 12/23/22 and that was her "Gotcha Day". It's only been a wek and she's been a princess. The match has been as close to perfect. Bailey is now "Hershey" which is appropriate to her soft dark brown coat. She's excellent on her walks and when she meets new people and other dogs and critters. She loves her pet octopus and wants to show it to everyone.
