This Advocacy group. Elloitt Advocacy, helped my husband and myself to get an insurance co to correctly process a claim which was denied. This was Trip Mate insurance, advised by Viking cruises. On the day of our departure, President Biden visited Albuquerque NM. The airport was shut down. We proceeded to Dallas TX where the connection to Europe could not be met. They had already left. We spoke with our travel agent, Viking, and they put us on a plane which was overbooked. We are most appreciative that the above mentioned group was able to help us by getting a refund which was denied, originally. Over $18k was returned to us. Thank you.
