I was told by insurance in Minnesota that they would not be able to cover my hep c meds because my fibroscan is not "bad" enough. My doctor in St. Paul asked me to call your company and ask if they can help. Doc said I needed Mavyret because it was only 8 weeks of treatment. I informed him that you guys didn't offer that at the time. Your nurse Kris, said that Epclusa could get the job done and he sent some information via email regarding this alternative. I asked the doc if that was okay or not, he agreed that Epclusa would work, but it takes 12 weeks. I was fine with that. So, I tried again with my insurance company and they again denied me saying they couldn't help pay for Epclusa or the generic velpatasvir 100 mg and sofosbuvir 400 mg. I sent an email, info@sunnypharma.info, to you and within an hour I placed my order. I got my meds in 10 days. Took the meds for 12 weeks or 84 days, then for a viral load test. The doc said the hep c virus was undetectable, and I cleared the virus. To be honest, I started sobbing thinking about all what I had been through and finally beat the virus. I can't thank you and Kris for always being there when I needed questions answered. You and your staff are really great and I wish more people knew about your organization. In reality, if I just came to you guys and got the meds, I would have cleared the virus atleast 9 months sooner. I have so much energy and just feel fantastic all the time. I owe it you and your company. Thank you and continue to do good in the community.
