Review for Elliott Advocacy, Spokane, WA, USA
10/10 recommend Elliott Advocacy! I came across their website while researching my issue with Avis Budget car rental company. I was rear-ended while in a rental and the car got towed. Police called the towing company and I did not really have a chance to call Budget emergency roadside assistance. I reported the accident to the rental company over the phone and in writing multiple times, faxed and emailed my police report. I called in more than 10 times and emailed at least 3 times. A few weeks later on a Saturday I received a certified letter from Budget saying that I did not return the vehicle and that a warrant for my arrest would be issues. Of course, I called the number provided in the letter and they were not opened on the weekends. I felt defeated, confused and quite honestly helpless. Luckily, I came across Elliott Advocacy's website and saw that an exact same issue recently happened to someone that Chris helped. His website also had Budget Avis's customer care email along with emails of the CEO and Directors of Customer Care. I wrote a detailed email to customer care and copied those individuals at 10 pm on a Saturday. To my surprise, I received an response the next morning, in less than 24 hours. Budget was able to find my vehicle, apologize, provide coupons, issue a refund for the days that I could not use the vehicle for (I got into an accident on the first day of my rental) and give me a call to confirm that the concern has been resolved. My issue was completely taken care of. I am so grateful that Elliott Advocacy exists and that I came across their website. It really gave a solution and empowered me to continue to try to solve my issue. Thank you so much Elliott Advocacy!
