I went on a Celebrity cruise. We upgraded to the Concierge Class which was a joke. We got COVID onboard and our vacation was ruined. Although Celebrity made an offer to settle the issues we had on the ship they subsequently renaged and were giving us nothing.
I used Elliott Advocacy and found where to send an email to Corporate. I used the suggestions of Elliott on how to prepare a letter. Within a day I was contacted by CelebrityCorporate and the matter was resolved. Thank you Elliott Advocacy. Without your information I don't think this would have been resolved.
