Review for All Mutts Matter Foundation, New Castle, DE, USA

All Mutts Matter brought our foster dog into our lives in April of 2014 after the passing of our beloved family dog. We fell in love with our foster dog Jolene and officially adopter her. She has brought us immeasurable joy and from the 1st day. She is so well behaved, loving and a joy to be aground.
