I had never heard of Smiling Dog Farms when I found the listing for "Liam" and I thought long and hard about whether I was willing to take the risk on a long-distance dog from an unknown organization. I am so glad that I did. Smiling Dog Farms were incredible. They spoke to me on the phone, sent a local dog foster mom to my house to give me pointers, and have checked up on me every step of the way. Adopting from them was speedy once I made the decision, and it was much more affordable than I thought it might be given the distance. It's clear that Smiling Dog Farms is committed to making good matches for dogs and their forever families. They even introduced him to cats and dogs for me before he arrived. So it was a gamble to bring a dog into my home without having him fostered locally first but it was ultimately a great decision. I'm crazy about our new family member and I think we all could not be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Smiling Dog Farms to anyone looking to add a dog to their family.
