When caring meets rare, you see the most extraordinary results!
Our daughter comes to Rose of Sharon for Occupational Therapy for this unique therapy option to help cover many of the facets of her her rare, non-hereditary genetic syndrome.
BECAUSE they offer this program, she has achieved her ongoing goals including:
GRIP - fine motor skills for school (writing) and play (climbing/throwing/catching)
SEQUENCING - for critical thinking
CORE STRENGTH - to help ward off potential scoliosis (syndrome related)
SPEECH - UNEXPECTED BONUS as she was severely delayed
When a parent finds a space whose heart it is to reach the community,
here's what can happen ....
