Review for Turning Point Center, Houston, TX, USA
Turnig Point is the only place that addreses the elderly homeless. In the past 20 years they have helped thousands of people get back on their feet. The model is being researched by other large cities around the US eager to replicate their success. for more information check their web page at turningpointcenter.org It is a great place to start!
