Speak! for the Unspoken is a truly remarkable organization, powered by absolutely incredible and tireless volunteers. The energy and heart they bring to rescuing special needs dogs (and sometimes cats!) is inspiring, and their love for the work they do is undeniable. They are willing to jump in whenever and wherever there is a need, and give of their own resources along with all of the time they invest to help these wonderful animals. We were so fortunate to find this group and have the opportunity adopt Mara, who would not be alive today if her amazing foster mom had not been there to make sure she received life saving surgery, and then nurse her back to health. Mara is Perfection in our book, and her foster mom is amazing - we will be forever grateful !!
