I started fostering kittens during Covid and fostering has become one of the best things in my life, mainly because FHS is so responsive and helpful to volunteers. They get back to me quickly when I have questions, are easy to work with, express appreciation to volunteers, and have amazing devotion to helping as many animals as possible find homes.

I've been a volunteer with the Frisco Humane Society since the beginning of 2021 and have found them to be a wonderful group of people to work with. They have long been dedicated to caring for and re-homing animals and don't give up on the ones that are hard to find homes for or who have serious medical conditions. They are great at matching up people and animals and care about people finding the pet that is right for them or their family. They have a lot of knowledge about caring for sick animals. They are also very organized and warm and welcoming to new volunteers. I've learned a lot about socializing and medical care for kittens from them and the foster coordinators are always generous with their time to hear about concerns with any of the fosters. I recommend adopting from or volunteering with FHS!
