When I started my process of donating my car to this organization they made everything seem like a simple process... what has unfolded is anything but.

Initially told not having the title in hand was no problem and nothing else would be required, that was not accurate but not a big deal... happy to go get a paper notarized and keep it moving forward.

I submit the paperwork exactly as requested after having it notarized and they come back stating I sent them a blank document that had not been notarized... WHAT?!?!?

They then go on to state that if I do not handle this immediately they will be abandoning the car and any legal issues that arise will be my problem.

Something about this whole process has left me feeling like this is more of a scam than a service to actually help people.
