When we first reached out to GlobalGiving, we had no idea what crowdfunding was. Once we understood how it worked, we knew we absolutely needed to be on their platform. We took on the challenge, put all our efforts into it, and succeeded!

Today, we are incredibly grateful to the amazing team at GlobalGiving. They've truly saved us from bankruptcy more than once. Thanks to their support, we’re still able to make a positive impact in the world—something that wouldn’t have been possible without them.

We are located very far from a big city and are pretty isolated. When we registered with Global Giving, we thought it would be one of these online platforms who wait we do the work to get their commission from donations to us through their website. We were very surprised after the first few months to get individual and personal contacts from Global Giving staff and were not used to get so much consideration and attention.
The second surprise was when we got their advices and training for free, and not only once a year but almost every week. At the beginning we sort of ignored them and slowly (thanks to their incentive) we got into it. It now feels that we can't run our non profit company without their help.
Any problem we encounter we know we can ask Global Giving for their advices. The interesting part is that we don't have to leave our office to go to expensive trainings. It can all be done by internet from our project site and save us a lot of time and money. They also know how to adapt to our level of knowledge and competence in term of helping us to be confident with technology we might not be used to use.
Global Giving has always made themselves available for any questions. They always come back to us or put us in contact with somebody who will be able to answer our specific questions. Their staff are friendly and very patient accordingly to the challenge we face. They are a strong team and we wouldn't like to disappoint them. We understand they take a commission on donations but at least we get our money back by benefiting from their exceptional skills and availability.
