I work as a school therapist in a high school. I have found that Teens4teens is a great resource to support student's mental health. We use the Teens4teen videos in the classroom to bring awareness of mental health challenges in teens and that there is support and hope. The students really connect with the videos and it helps them feel less stigmatized. In addition to the videos, they also have great monthly Teen Talks highlighting important topics on mental health that connect with students. It is also good to know that there is a student advisory which helps keep the topics relevant. This is an amazing site that offers a variety resources to help bring awareness of mental health for Teens!
