One Spirit is a vital and primary resource for Wakanyeja Gluwitayan Otipi, Gathering the Children Home, an emergency shelter home on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. We currently have 14 children between the ages of 0-12 with two sibling sets of 3 and 4. and the rest of the children are babies aged under one year.
One Spirit provides propane and food for the children's home. With the first snow upon us, One Spirit provides the food and energy security that we need. One Spirit staff provides professional and direct services that respects and recognizes our culture and economic uniqueness. The outreach of this organization is amazing, available for personal, telephonic and electronic communication.
One Spirit has a presence on our reservation and are known as a resource for family and community development. For support of the home and other organizations and entities, we are truly grateful and honored for the support received.
