I came to CRRC in their Silver Sneakers II program. My hands would "go to sleep" and wake me up at night. My doctor recomended that I start a aerobic program that got my hands over my head. The program that I started was led by Kristy Fischer (now Broadway) and I was actually one of the younger members of the class. I was about 54. There were people in the class approaching 90. I thought easy, boy was I wrong. Kristy's program is one of the best in the country and she made exercise fun(but not easy)
In the 6 years that I have been in the class, it has been one of the most positive things that I have ever done. She is one of the most positive people that I have ever met. Although I have had lots of things going on, I have always felt better after each class. I travel alot and have 3 recording of the class and take it with me everywhere.
There are lots of different programs at CRRC, one for all ages and interests. They reach out to the community that is rural around a lake. There is no match anywhere for CRRC. I cannot say enough good things about it!
