Upwardly Global is focused on systems change in diversity, equity and inclusion in the professional workplace - directly serving jobseekers, transforming employers, and bringing their specialized content and approach to partners to expand their reach. I’ve had the pleasure and honor to volunteer with the organization (as a mock interviewer and mentor), as well as work with staff through the Leadership Council and Board. The jobseekers I’ve met are amazing talent, and the staff and CEO have a real passion for the mission and work hard to deliver on it every day.
