I cannot say enough about how dedicated the folks at Richardson are to caring for and finding homes for animals.
When we inquired about Baruti (then Bug), because he was a puppy mill rescue, Janet made sure we knew everything about his personality before we met him. When we met Baruti we knew not to approach him, to let him approach us, and give him time to learn to trust us. We could tell during his stay with Richardson (1-1/2 years with no inquires) Baruti had been well cared-for and very loved by the staff. Because of the wonderful care Baruti received from Richardson, and the counsel we received, Baruti has blossomed into a loving, playful, darling dog.
We also adopted our kitty Crissie from Richardson. Crissie had been found on the street with burned pads from walking on the hot asphalt. She had great care, and then she came to live with us. She is a character!
