The owner and community advisors are inaccessible. They never answer the emergency number. They make false accusations and put really little thought into the pairing of students and host families. The organization is disorganized from start to finish. Thing long and hard before using this company. I’m sure there are plenty of others that truly have their act together and want to make this a successful, long-lasting experience.
