Cascade Connections is an amazing place to work. I work in the vocational department, and have greatly appreciated how much our department has grown in the last several years. Our workplace culture is inclusive and welcoming. Work/life balance is not only honored, but the importance of it is really emphasized. Staff can share their concerns and learn and grow from their mistakes. We are all continually learning. This mindset, with the support of our great team and leadership, has led to many great outcomes and better support for the people we serve, and I appreciate that regardless of what we're working on, it always comes back to the clients and providing them with the best possible services.
