I have watched Kakenya since she started Kakenyas Dream with a very small, modest grant of several thousand dollars. The organization has since grown to a budget of many millions, has instituted important management policies and most importantly has had a positive impact on the lives of thousands of girls and boys in rural Kenya. It has become a model for girl's education throughout Kenya and other African countries.
