I am pleased to write about Youth Environmental Alliance . I learned about YEA because Kristin Hoss , who is executive director of YEA , is a lead instructor of Broward County Florida Master Naturalist Program courses , and I am taking courses in the FMNP .
Even a cursory review of YEA's website reveals this is a multifaceted environmental education entity , sponsoring all sorts of environmental education and volunteer activities and programs for our youth . Kristen Hoss , YEA's executive director , is an energetic , knowledgeable individual whose dedication to environmental education and issues is immediately obvious . I believe the education and involvement of youth today is of paramount importance .
