NPIHN is the best shelter i have ever had the experince of being a volunteer at and the only shelter that i have been a participant of. When i came into the program I didnt know what to expect. I had heard so many horror stories about how people had to share familes with 4 & 5 other familes...stories of beint talked down to and or turning a blind eye to what was going wrong in the program. there wasnt any issue of that sort at NPHIHN. I truly apreciate everything that was done for me and my daughters and that is why I have no problems returning the favor.

If i had to make a change it would be, more money for the staff workers. And to be able to hire more staff so they would be able to serve more families.
