Review for Road Runners Club of America Inc, Arlington, VA, USA
There are running events and then there are RRCA running events. For those who take the time to read and implement the RRCA event manual, an exceptionally good run will then be had by everyone participating, including those not running, suah as, the spectators, sponsors, race day officials and volunteers.
