I was hesitant to instruct for Able Flight as I had only instructed commercial and private pilot students in normal category aircraft previously. Everyone I talked to about the program said the schedule was demanding but one of the most rewarding experiences that they had participated in. I could not agree more. Looking back, I barely remember the 6 weeks of training, two flights a day, 7 days a week as it was overcome with the achievement of all of our pilots this year. I have never seen students so motivated and receptive to flight training and will continue to cherish our 6 weeks together. Truly a milestone in my career and life, building lasting relationships through flight training.
