I have worked with Baker for more than 20 years - 18 in my current role. And guess what: I've stayed with Baker every time. There is no substitute for the personal care taken, the desire to learn the business, the collaboration and ultimately the accountability Baker offers, from the people in the front office to the people stuffing folders or envelopes. Today my team considers Baker family, not a vendor. And we've been privileged to be welcomed into their family as well.
