I didn't know other veterans were doing yoga too until I found the Veterans Yoga Project. This organization has given me a purpose and a mission to continue after my time in service. The collaboration with other veteran servicing organizations, the support each veteran and military family member gives to each other, and the profound difference this work makes in the lives of so many is heartening and worth supporting.

Veterans Yoga Project has given me a purpose, and that is to share yoga with veterans. I'm incredibly grateful for all of the opportunities that have come my way because of this organization and the incredibly dedicated people who support the mission.
