I volunteered to work on the dormitory project to help get the rooms ready for the girls coming in to attend college.
I can not believe the determination and dedication that Cliff and Magin have to make this a reality. Many people, including myself, have said this can’t be done. This is such a huge undertaking with a limited resource pool.
However, our team at the Rotary believe in the mission and the cause to have this become a reality and took a few work days to see what can be accomplished!
It is inspirational to see how much everyone is completing and moving forward. Starting to look like a project that can be completed on time. So grateful I put my own thoughts of what can’t be done away and just jumped into what can be done.
The girls will be able to move in this fall and I am grateful for my part of the journey.
If anyone would ask my opinion. I would say, jump in, share your skills and help get this amazing project off the ground. Changing lives feels great!
