Review for Grist Magazine, Inc., Seattle, WA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I first found Grist when looking up information on environmental education for children (my profession.) Great article about getting kids outdoors and providing POSITIVE experiences in nature at a young age... since then, Grist has informed me of many other environmental topics that were not previously on my radar (the food industry, home gardening/raising chickens, CSAs, the importance of biking/bike lanes/ legislation, and much more!)

Grist keeps me up-to-date, is entertaining, and provides a fun, non-threatening jumping off point for many environmental issues!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I have made changes in how much and what I consume (not just food, but cleaning products, clothing, etc.) at home and at work.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Use less video, and leave more text. I can't always watch video at work!

Role:  Client Served & I use what I learn to educate visitors (adults and children) to MY environmental non-profit (a zoo.).
