My husband and I were volunteers with Hosts for Hospitals for over 15 years. We had the privilege of hosting many families here in Philadelphia for their own treatment at area hospitals or for that of members of their families. We had some extra space in our home and really that is what we provided. Never was such a small gesture received with more gratitude and warmth. We still hear from families we hosted over all those years!
