The foundation (EDF) is so detached from its contracted help and its stated mission that no one within EDF has communicated with me even when I had to leave a message telling them not to have their contractor, CareLinx, contact me. CareLinx called; so, EDF doesn't listen and I'm guessing they can't listen. I wanted to speak to someone within EDF to complain about their contractor. We are not complaining about the person who was sent to us. We were complaining about CareLinx and, now, EDF.

I have unsuccessfully tried many times to talk to someone within EDF.

Their contractor's management has been poor to the point that we politely said that we didn't need their services even though we very much have needed help.
