As a shelter volunteer, networker, and long-time pitbull rescuer, I’ve come to know the diligent, intelligent, and impressively far-reaching work of Outta the Cage and its founder Jill Dyche. OTC doesn’t shy away from helping dogs in need of extensive medical attention and those in need of training. Jill focuses on our long-term stay shelter dogs and never turns her back on a community dog in need. Without Jill and her dedication through the top-tier work of Outta the Cage, so many of our wonderful, large-breed dogs would never make it outta their cages and into the loving homes in which they thrive today. Success story after success story, shelter dogs all over Los Angeles have a true ally and friend in Outta the Cage!
