Almost 2 years ago a friend and I adopted our first rescue, needless to say, it changed my life for forever. Kelley made the process so easy for us…
“Lilly” is the sweetest thing ever. She’s a Morgan/ Standardbred cross saved by a saddlebred rescue because she was in harms way.
But as we found out, you can’t just have one rescue, there was this beautiful but tired and sore saddlebred gelding that was available at the same time Lilly was…. Well “Hatcher” came home with Lilly! He’s also recovered just as Kelley said he would. He’s now fat and slick and happy and becoming a wonderful addition to our barn.
Needless to say there have been several more “souls” join our barn in the last almost 2 years. Rescue changes your prospective on life. They remind us daily how quickly life can change. Dreamscapes and Kelley make adopting a great experience. She is making an impact on our saddlebred world by saving grand souls just looking for the right place. They come back to make adored lesson horses, show horses winning world titles and most importantly they are given a second chance to be lived and cherished. I will never stop supporting Dreamscapes and Kelley. I am in awe of the tireless work she does, day in and day out. Up front and transparent, the rescue saves souls, daily and in doing so changes lives daily. And I will make sure I am a part of this rescue until I leave this world. As I said, my life has direction now, a direction inspired by Kelley and Dreamscapes.
