This amazing and beautiful organization is one that deserves the recognition. I have been blessed to know Tosha Smith for over 5 years now. She has been such an inspiration to not just me but so many other women. Tosha Smith has worked and is working diligently to ensure that our young girls and women have a safe haven to receive all that they need to be successful in life. Tosha has become a mentor to these girls and woman whose been turned away by so many. She makes herself available to work with them, teach, and impart into them knowledge and revelation of life and skills needed. Tosha Smith and Women Who Rock Arkansas is the organization that’s needed throughout the communities of Arkansas and surrounding states.
