Joining UYWI certification program was the best ministry decision I have made. I wish I would have known about this in my early 20’s. This program has allowed me to see my organization with a difference lens. A lens that makes long lasting change in a community. Learning to create a strategic plan was the biggest takeaway. The second takeaway would be the friends and community of support you gain from being a part of this program. I highly recommend UYWI for the certification program and all the great FREE resources you have access to on their online library.
