As trustees of Smile of Hope in the UK, it's been our pleasure to work with the wonderful Child Heart Foundation. They make a big impact on children with congenital heart diseases and their families. They are arranging for life saving heart surgeries, medicine, heart screenings, health education and medical equipment, all to save innocent lives and give the children the hope for a better future!
