FINDINGIbalance helped me find hope in my struggles with food and body image. Their team is so caring about each individual person. It is hard these days to find a business with a heart for people. This team does. Their prayers and their passion for what they do shows and it changed my life.

I was stuck in a cycle of shame and binge eating. I really was so confused and couldn't even figure out why I was doing what I was doing. The only thing I knew was that I was tired, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I was tired of being me and tired of the life I was living. A friend introduced me to Findingbalance and the Lasting Freedom modules. It was the first time I heard people speaking the things I was feeling and for the first time I realized that I wasn't alone and I wasn't going crazy. The people on these modules not only knew what I was feeling but they spoke hope and truth into places that were so dark and broken. My soul was thirsty for their words. I loved that I could do the modules in the privacy of my own home or in a group setting (I did both!) Findingbalance was the beginning of a new way of thinking for me. It opened my eyes to what could be. I am so very thankful!!
