Last year, after my two elderly cats passed away, I adopted two kittens from Little Wanderers nyc. They have brought me, my other cat, and my little dog great pleasure. I loved the spirit and organization of little wanderers, so I decided to become a volunteer. Everybody who works with the organization really cares about feral cats in and around New York city. They support feral cat colonies and fosters work with little kittens and other cats who were thrown out rather than being totally feral to make them adoptable. It's a work of love. I'm thrilled to be a part of Little Wonders NYC and to know all the wonderful people whom I've met through this organization.

I am so impressed with CAARE's approach to promoting animal welfare/rights. The strategy used, i.e. to educate, rather than proselytize and/or accuse, and the scientific, evidence-based information regarding alternative practice is so refreshing in this day and age where accusations, rhetoric, and inflammatory strategies generally prevail. Thank you so much, Barbara Stagno, for your approach and for your help for the innocent animals.
