My Nonprofit Reviews

I went to a 9/11 Day of Service organized by this great and honorable group of leaders, more than a decade ago, wanting to find a role in aging services....and now, fast forward, I've become the chair of a "small but mighty" nonprofit agency's board of directors, whose predecessor in that role I had met at that very event. I never expected that. And I'm learning every day. It has been life-changing, in all the best ways, and the experience has built lifelong relationships and friendships for me that I treasure. I stand in its debt.
