I have led deformity correction courses and mentorships internationally in Africa and the Philippines. SIGN has created a network of thousands of surgeons worldwide that provide crucial orthopaedic trauma care to hundreds of thousands of people in lower and middle income countries. The benefits of SIGN are incredible and far reaching in saving limbs and lives.
