I have been a participant in volunteering/fundraising for Stone House for 11 years. What I have found is a strong community: the staff, volunteers, donors and recipients of care and support all work as a team. We respect each others' experiences and what we all can bring to the cause of supporting families who experience violence, homelessness and mental illness. This is a great nonprofit! The sense of teamwork and community is palpable.
