This is a unique niche that Labouré serves very successfully. Their business model is ingenious. It teaches aspirants professional fund-raising skills that they will need in the future but that would be difficult for them to gain anywhere else. Labouré's financial structure ensures that all monies raised go toward vocations even if the aspirant does not complete religious formation. The organization is efficient, professional, successful, and fully committed to its mission.
