Every Trust event I attend is informative in a "nature's classroom" sort of way, where I have been able to learn through engagement, interaction, observation and participation. I have learned so much about my local community too (from invasives to natives, efforts for Blanding's turtles), including areas I would have never otherwise visited, in the year I have volunteered with and attended Trust sponsored activities. This Trust is a true gift to the local community -- its people, plants and animals.
